Frantic – Casey L Bond

I  cannot even begin to  describe how awesome/increble/amazing Frantic was! I’ve been pestering  Casey for sometime now about Frantic’s release and how I could get my hands on an ecopy. I needed it. NEEDED IT. I had to see what happened to Porschia and Saul and Tage and Roman and all the characters I fell in love with in book 1, Frenzy ( I have a post on Frenzy titled Frenzy- Casey L.Bond I am no fan of spoilers so you are safe to keep reading!) And I was able to get my eyes on it!

Frantic  is out of this world amazing! I ate up Casey’s words like it was air! Just gobbling up the various twists and turns…. Frantic answered so many questions Frenzy left me with and dropped some new bombs that left me pining for book 3: Frequency.

The character development  blew my mind and was probably the best part. I thought I knew someone then BAM they turned on me! I had no idea I  could develop such a strong hate for a character. I mean seriously ?! And The ending, oh my god, the ending!.. was eye bulging, brilliance! I was so flabbergasted I had no idea what to think or do.. I was speechless!

Do not dismiss this book or Frenzy because it involves a post apocalyptic world with night walkers ( vampires)  AND the infected (zombies). What could have been a HUGE cliche was very well written and delivered.

I was once again blown away by the creativity used and Casey L. Bonds one hell of an imagination!

Porschia Grant is in Frenzy. The hunger is constant. It’s all-consuming, as is the pain and sickness. Something went wrong when she turned. Perhaps it was the fact that an infected bit her moments before, or maybe it’s something else entirely.
One thing is certain, if Porschia can’t learn to feed, she will die. If she can’t learn to control her extreme emotional swings, she will kill someone.  And that would destroy her.
How long can the night-walkers keep her turning a secret from the Colony? Will Saul stand beside her now that she’s changed? And what will happen when she re-enters the forest?

Award-winning author Casey L. Bond resides in Milton, West Virginia with her husband and their two beautiful daughters.
